15. Arbitration
Except as regarding any action seeking equitable relief, including without limitation for the purpose of protecting any Pharmastate.academy confidential information and/or intellectual property rights, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or this Website shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions, in effect at the time the proceedings begin, of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. The arbitration shall be held in Pharmastate.academy, Delhi, Head office.
All information relating to or disclosed by any party in connection with the arbitration of any disputes hereunder shall be treated by the parties, their representatives, and the arbitrator as proprietary business information. Such information shall not be disclosed by any party or their respective representatives without the prior written authorization of the party furnishing such information. Such information shall not be disclosed by the arbitrator without the prior written authorization of all parties. Each party shall bear the burden of its own counsel fees incurred in connection with any arbitration proceedings.
Judgment upon the award returned by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the parties or their assets or application of enforcement, as the case may be. Any award by the arbitrator shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the parties. The parties hereby waive all rights to judicial review of the arbitrator’s decision and any award contained therein.

The Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users suspended or removed from Pharmastate.academy system by Pharmastate.academy for any reason whatsoever. If You do not conform to the above qualification, You shall not be permitted to avail of the Services or use the Website. You represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India. 20. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments for the services offered by Pharmastate.academy shall be on a 100% advance basis. Pharmastate.academy undertakes no liability for free services. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each service before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us within 24 hours of payment. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

We will try our best to provide service for which client has paid for.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we may provide a refund (partial or complete) only after discussions with the stakeholders involved & after validating that the issue raised for cancellation or refund is genuine.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Pharmastate.academy reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice.
B. ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE ONLY TO REGISTERED USERS
21. Accounts And Security
Pharmastate.academy does not warrant that the functions contained in the service provided by the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that this service or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
As part of the registration process, each user will select a password (“Password”) and Login Name (“Login Name”). You shall provide Pharmastate.academy with accurate, complete, and updated Account information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your Account.
You may not:
(a) select or use a Login Name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person;

The activity at job panel by member will make the profile downloadable to the recruiter.
